Small Alberta Town Is About To Run Out Of Heat From Lack Of Pipelines

A small Alberta community called Fort Vermillion in the Northern part of Alberta have been asked to slow down their natural gas uses to heat their homes and use other ways, such as closing their school and shut the heat off.

“In the history of the gas co-op we have never seen the pressure this low,” said John Klassen who speaks for Northern Lights Natural Gas Co-Op.

The pressure has been low and people have realized and shown concerns to Gas Co-Op.

The town receives its gas from a small pipeline coming in from southern Alberta and with minus 40 weather it’s being used to its max.

Rachel Notley wants to shut down natural gas and pipelines, I would suggest premier Notley to push for more pipeline until other resources are invented.
